#Readathon Mini-Challenge: A Recommendation Engine

One of my favorite parts of the 24-Hour Readathon (or, ok, any reading event, really) is seeing so many new-to-me titles floating around the blogosphere. With that in mind, I thought we could use this mini-challenge to not only see what others are reading (and loving), but provide recommendations to them. It's pretty simple:

  1. Leave a comment with the title of the best book you've read so far this readathon, so others can reply to you with recommendations! (Please be sure to leave your email address as well so I can contact you if you are the winner.)
  2. REPLY to an existing commenter recommending a book for them based on the best book they've read so far this readathon.

You must leave at least two comments (your original comment and one reply) to be entered to win. I'll select a winner randomly from the commenters (yes, I'll check to make sure you both commented AND recommended). The winner can select a book of their choosing from The Book Depository, up to $15. Open to anyone to whom TBD can/will ship. Open through the end of the Readathon, whatever time zone you may be in; I'll be selecting a winner tomorrow (Sunday, October 18th, Eastern Time).

What are you waiting for? Tell us the best book you've read so far this readathon (it's ok if you haven't finished it yet...) and give some other readers recommendations!
